Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing

When you place an order with Healey Packaging, we aim to begin processing within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed after our daily cut-off time or over weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

For bespoke, large-volume or specialty print orders (e.g., foil, embossing, custom finishes) the processing time may vary and we will advise you if it extends beyond standard timelines.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We provide multiple delivery options so you can choose what suits your schedule and budget. All UK Mainland orders ship with no extra delivery charges applied. Here’s our standard turnaround:

These times are estimates after dispatch and exclude weekends, UK bank holidays, and any customs or remote-area delays.

3. Free UK Shipping

We are delighted to offer free standard delivery across UK Mainland on all orders — no extra delivery charges apply. (Certain remote or international destinations may incur additional charges; in such cases you will be informed at checkout or quotation stage.)

4. International & Remote Region Shipping

We also deliver to destinations outside the UK Mainland, including the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and other international regions. Please be aware:

  • Special shipping rates apply for the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland & the Republic of Ireland — contact us for a custom quote.
  • For EU and Rest-of-World orders: typical delivery ranges from 5 to 20 business days depending on method selected and local customs/duties.
  • Delivery to remote areas or PO Box addresses may require alternate couriers and incur extra cost — we will confirm at quotation stage.

5. Tracking & Confirmation

Once your order is dispatched you’ll receive a confirmation email with courier details and tracking number (when applicable). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.

6. Damaged, Lost or Delayed Items

We take great care in packing and dispatching your orders, but if you receive damaged goods or your parcel is lost in transit:

  • Inspect the outer packaging and contents immediately upon receipt and keep all packaging and items until the issue is resolved.
  • Report any damage or missing items to both the courier and Healey Packaging within 48 hours of delivery, providing your order number and photos.
  • If tracking indicates “delivered” but you haven’t received your parcel, contact us promptly so we can escalate with the courier service.

7. Delivery Address & Customer Responsibilities

Please ensure the delivery address you provide at checkout is correct and complete. Healey Packaging cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs arising from incorrect address information. If a courier attempts delivery and returns the parcel due to refusal, absence or incorrect address details, any re-shipping cost will be charged to you.

8. Custom Packaging Orders & Lead Times

Many of our packaging solutions are fully custom-printed, bespoke or manufactured in low volumes. Such orders (especially large runs, special finishes or non-standard sizes) may require a longer lead time. We will confirm the estimated dispatch date when you place your order — please plan accordingly, especially for seasonal or promotional campaigns.

9. Cut-Off Time & Business Days

Our standard cut-off time for same-day dispatch (for eligible orders) is 12 pm GMT (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after this cut-off time, on weekends or UK bank holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in courier networks, materials or operational practices. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows the most recent version. Any changes will take effect as soon as they are posted.

Economy / Sea Freight is our most cost-effective shipping option and applies primarily to large volume orders. Estimated delivery is 15–20 business days after dispatch.
