All content, text, images, graphics, and design templates on this website are the property of Healey Packaging.

Reproduction, modification, or distribution without written permission is prohibited. Customers submitting their own designs retain ownership of their artwork, but grant Healey Packaging a license for production and service purposes.

When using this website or submitting orders, you agree:

• Not to submit any content or artwork that infringes on third-party rights.
• To provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information.
• That submitted artwork is appropriate and lawful.
• Misuse of the site may result in suspension or legal action.

Our custom packaging design services are a premium, paid offering.

• Customers may request professional mockups or 2D/3D designs.
• Pricing is provided upon submission of requirements through the “Request Quote” form.
• Designs remain the intellectual property of the customer upon approval and payment.
• Revisions are provided per package selected; unlimited revisions may incur extra cost depending on the scope.

By placing an order, you confirm:

• You are legally capable of entering binding agreements.
• You are of legal age in your jurisdiction.
• You have authority to submit the order and artwork.

Healey Packaging LTD is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Errors caused by user-provided artwork.
• Delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the order or service.

• Notify us within 2 working days of receipt if delivered products do not match approved specifications.
• Verified production errors will be reprinted at no extra cost.
• Refunds are not issued for custom packaging orders.
• Provide clear photos of defects within 6 days.
• At least 99% of products must be returned to qualify for replacements.

• All prices are in GBP (£).
• Production begins only after full payment via authorized methods.
• Orders are confirmed after submission of the order form or design specification sheet.
• Paid design services are quoted and invoiced separately.

• Orders may be cancelled within 5 hours of proof approval without penalty.
• Cancellations beyond 5 hours may incur a 25–50% deduction depending on production stage.
• Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.

• Customers are responsible for artwork quality, including logos, images, graphics, and text.
• Artwork must be CMYK, minimum 300 DPI.
• Poor-quality files may result in subpar printing.
• Healey Packaging may refuse orders with offensive, unlawful, or copyrighted content.

Digital proofs are used for layout and design accuracy but may not represent final printed colours exactly.

Colour variations may occur due to printing methods, ink density, lamination, or material type.

Exact colour matching may incur extra charges with hard-copy proofs.

Healey Packaging chooses printing methods based on order requirements.

Materials are generally food-safe unless otherwise specified. Customers requiring specific food-grade or sustainable materials must inform us during ordering.

Minor variations of ±5% in quantity may occur.

For exact requirements, order approximately 10% extra.

Shipping is included unless otherwise stated in your quotation.

Healey Packaging is not responsible for delays due to carriers, customs, weather, or other uncontrollable factors.

International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and additional shipping charges.

Healey Packaging reserves the right to modify website content, services, or these terms at any time.

Updates take effect immediately upon publication.

All order requests, including premium design service quotes, must be submitted via the website form.
