Refund & Returns Policy

We value your satisfaction. Learn how Healey Packaging handles refunds, returns, and exchanges with complete fairness and transparency.

1. Returns Eligibility

We offer a 3 day return period from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we may not be able to offer a full refund or exchange.

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Item must be returned in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials or flammable substances
  • Gift cards or downloadable software
  • Health or personal care products

3. Proof of Purchase

To process a return, please provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase. Items returned after 30 days may not qualify for a full refund.

4. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you via email. Once approved, your refund will be processed within a few business days and credited to your original payment method.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t arrived:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card provider, as it may take time before your refund posts.
  • Contact your bank, since processing times can vary.

6. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items qualify for refunds. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

7. Exchanges

We replace items only if they’re defective or damaged. To exchange an item, email help@healeypackaging.co.uk and send it to:

8. Gifts

If your purchase was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit after we receive your return. If the gift giver received the order, we’ll issue the refund to them directly.

9. Shipping Returns

To return a product, mail it to:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. These costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund amount. We recommend using a trackable courier for valuable returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt.
