1. Order Processing

When you place an order with Healey Packaging, we start processing within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after the daily cut-off or on weekends/holidays begin the next business day. For custom finishes like foil or embossing, timelines may extend slightly — our team will always notify you in advance.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We provide flexible shipping options for your convenience. All UK Mainland orders include free standard delivery. Below is a quick overview:

3. Free UK Shipping

We proudly offer free standard shipping across the UK Mainland. For remote or international destinations, additional fees may apply, which are clearly stated at checkout.

  • International orders typically arrive in 5–20 business days based on location and customs clearance.
  • Remote areas or PO Box deliveries may require alternate couriers — we’ll confirm this in advance.

5. Tracking & Confirmation

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number and courier details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Items

We take utmost care when packaging. However, if damage or loss occurs:

  • Inspect packaging immediately upon arrival.
  • Report damage to both the courier and us within 48 hours with photos.
  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your parcel, contact us right away.

7. Delivery Address & Responsibilities

Ensure the shipping address is complete and accurate. Healey Packaging cannot be responsible for delays or costs due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned, re-shipping costs apply.

8. Custom Packaging & Lead Times

Our custom packaging solutions often require extended lead times depending on print complexity and volume. We’ll confirm estimated dispatch when you place your order.

9. Cut-Off Time & Business Days

Orders placed before 12 PM GMT are processed the same day. Orders after this time, or on weekends, start the next business day.
