I’m not ready for huge numbers — can I just start small?
Yeah, of course. Not everyone wants to dive straight into thousands of boxes. Our minimum’s around 100 units — perfect if you’re testing the waters, doing a pop-up, or launching a new flavour.
My brownies are pretty soft and fudgy. Will they hold up in transit?
They will if the box is made for them. That’s the bit most off-the-shelf packaging gets wrong. We’ll match the board strength, lining, and closure style to what you’re sending — so it arrives the way you intended.
I’ve got a window and inserts in mind. Can you do that?
Absolutely. We can add a clear window (top or front), dividers, or custom inserts depending on how you want them displayed. Some clients like neat rows, others prefer compartments — whatever suits your brand and brownie size.
I’m not a designer. Can you help with the artwork bit?
No stress — we do that all the time. Some folks send over a scribble and a logo, others come to us with fully print-ready artwork. And sometimes, it’s just: ‘I want it to look modern and sweet.’ Whatever stage you’re at, we’ll walk you through it — and nothing goes to print until you’ve seen and approved a digital proof. We want you to be 100% happy before anything hits the press.
How long does it take from approval to delivery?
Once you’ve given the thumbs-up on your proof, we usually turn things around in about 7 to 10 working days — give or take, depending on the run size and finish. If you’re in a pinch, give us a shout — we’ve turned things around fast when needed. Just depends on what you’re after and how detailed the job is.
Can I get help choosing the right material or finish?
Definitely. We’ll walk you through options — kraft, coated stock, soft-touch, foils — and explain what each one does. You don’t need to know the lingo. That’s what we’re here for.
