Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item is unused, in its original condition and packaging.
- You provide your order number and supporting photos.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if there's an issue.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Custom printed or personalised packaging (unless the item is damaged or incorrect)
- Items returned after 14 days of delivery
- Items that are used, altered, or not in original condition
- Clearance or sale items (unless defective or damaged)
- Shipping charges and duties (non-refundable)
Our Return Process
Reach out within 14 days of delivery with your order details and issue.
Our team will review your request and approve the return if applicable.
We'll provide return instructions. Ship the item back securely.
Once we receive the item, we inspect it to ensure it meets return conditions.
We'll process your refund or send a replacement as per your preference.
You'll receive a confirmation once the process is successfully completed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns for change of mind on custom orders. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
