Get the Fit, Clearance and Inserts Right
An insert is not necessary for every box. It becomes useful when a container needs positioning, separation or extra movement control. Use actual product dimensions rather than relying only on the stated fill volume.
How an Insert Supports the Product

The bottle, pump or jar closure provides liquid containment. A paperboard carton is not a substitute for a leak-resistant primary container.

Print the Brand Clearly Without Losing Product Information
Custom printed personal care boxes need room for brand graphics, variant identification, barcodes and any product-specific information required for the intended market.
