Fourmula first contacted Healey Packaging through live chat looking for custom printed boxes for a supplement product. The project began with a request for physical samples, as the customer wanted to check the size, print quality, finish, and overall presentation before committing to a larger production run. The required box size was confirmed as 6.5 cm width x 6.5 cm depth x 9 cm height. The customer supplied design files and reference packaging from a pharmaceutical company so the structure could be reviewed carefully. Healey Packaging then guided the customer through sample options, artwork preparation, digital proofing, holographic finish placement, and final production planning.
