JAMONYX required packaging that could match the elegant identity of its scent, skin, and soul product range. The boxes needed to feel premium, protect smaller fragrance products, and maintain a consistent luxury presentation across multiple sizes. Healey Packaging produced custom reverse tuck boxes in two brand colourways: a white design with black text and gold foil, and a black design with white text and gold foil. Each design was produced in three sizes using 350gsm SBS card with matte lamination, giving the packaging a smooth finish, strong structure, and retail-ready appearance.

Our Packaging Process
JAMONYX required luxury reverse tuck boxes across two design styles and three product sizes.
Three box sizes were confirmed for each design: 2.1 x 2.1 x 5.4 cm, 1.1 x 1.1 x 3.4 cm, and 2.8 x 2.8 x 9.9 cm.
350gsm SBS card was selected for strength, smooth print quality, and premium presentation.
The two colourways were prepared with outside-only print, matte lamination, and gold foil detailing.
200 boxes were produced per size for each design, creating 1,200 total boxes.
The finished packaging was checked for structure, print clarity, foil presentation, and overall quality.
