Hair Straightener Boxes

Made to Order Custom Printed No Minimum

Our custom hair straightener boxes package electrical styling tools with space planned for the appliance, cable, plug and included accessories. Healey Packaging offers printed retail cartons and rigid presentation formats, with inserts selected around the tool you intend to pack. A separate plug position helps keep hard pins away from the appliance’s finish. For salon suppliers, retail brands and gift-set businesses, the starting point is the complete packed product. Share the model, intended contents and sales route so the box layout reflects what your customers will receive.

Description

Custom Hair Straightener Boxes for Each Tool Model

Start with the exact appliance you plan to sell. A slim travel straightener and a wide-plate model can need different supports, even when their overall lengths are similar. Record whether the tool will be packed open, closed or with its maker’s lock or cap in place.

Decide which accessories belong in the pack before choosing its footprint. A pouch, heat mat or brush needs its own measured space if you include it. Identify the items you will supply with the straightener when discussing the packaging.

For a wider appliance range, our packaging for electrical products provides a starting point for comparing requirements. Each straightener model still needs its own packed layout.

The Plug and Cable Need Their Own Space

The cable can change the pack size as much as the tool body. Plan its arrangement alongside the appliance, leaving room around the cable exit and swivel joint. A tight bend imposed by the insert can put pressure where the cord joins the housing.

A separate cable and plug compartment give these parts a defined position. Check the actual plug used for each destination; UK and USA versions may need different recesses or layouts. Avoid assuming that an unchanged straightener body means the whole pack will fit.

Leave access for unpacking the cord without pulling on the tool. An instruction pocket can keep the manual and warranty card accessible while the appliance remains seated.

Choose Retail and Dispatch Packs Around the Route

White folding paperboard, including suitable SBS or FBB stock, is an option for printed retail cartons with fitted support. Kraft paperboard offers a brown appearance, while kraft-faced corrugated board has a different structural role. Select the construction around packed weight and handling; brown colour alone does not establish an environmental benefit.

For gifting, paper-wrapped rigid greyboard can form a two-piece lid-and-base or hinged presentation box. Magnetic closures are optional, while sliding tray-and-sleeve formats need suitable retention for the loaded drawer. A printed sleeve or message card can distinguish gift editions from the standard pack. Agree how the selected box will be supplied and assembled.

Corrugated packaging can serve as a dispatch pack, bulk carton or separate outer around a retail box. Our mailer packaging for dispatch is one route to assess with internal support. Review the complete shipping arrangement before treating a presentation box as ready for courier handling.

Support the Housing Around Hinges and Controls

Measure the complete tool in its intended packed position, using length × width × height in millimetres. Include the widest housing section, hinge, lock or cap and any other projections. Plate width alone does not describe the appliance’s full width.

Die-cut card or corrugated cradles can support the housing at agreed contact points. End supports, separate accessory sections and finger cut-outs can help organise the pack and allow removal. The fitting should avoid loading the plates, buttons, hinge or swivel joint, and should never force the tool closed.

Foam/EVA and moulded-pulp trays are optional routes for more specific fitting requirements. Assess the material, contact surfaces and fit, with tooling considered for moulded pulp. A soft material alone does not establish protection.

Keep usable internal box dimensions, insert recesses and external carton dimensions separately labelled. Board thickness and the fitting affect the space left for the contents. Choose GSM, flute or rigid-board thickness after reviewing the loaded pack.

Keep Model Details Clear on the Printed Box

Product photographs, model names and included-item details should match the straightener inside. Use CMYK for full-colour graphics or Pantone references for brand-colour requirements, with approval on the chosen stock. Reserve space for the buyer’s product information and barcode.

Matt and gloss treatments give different surface appearances. Gold or silver foil adds selected decorative detail; embossing and debossing create raised or recessed effects. Spot UV adds local gloss contrast, while soft-touch treatment is an optional tactile finish.

Our guide to printed surface finishes helps compare these effects. Choose them around the artwork and board, then check folds, joins and handling requirements.

Keep Fit and Artwork Approvals Separate

Resolve the packed arrangement before placing artwork on the agreed dieline. Review model names, product images and plug variants together so the print matches the intended contents. Keep important text away from folds, cuts and glue areas.

A digital preview helps review panel placement, but it cannot demonstrate physical fit. Discuss any prototype, print proof or complete-pack transit assessment separately, including its scope, materials and charges. Confirm box assembly or appliance-packing requirements as part of the enquiry.

For repeat orders, provide the previous reference and identify changes to the tool, plug, accessories or artwork. State the box quantity required for each version.
